Do you ever use the MAP and scroll around weather by inserting a waypoint?

I actually don’t. I just tell ATC what heading I need, e.g. “20 degrees, to left around a build up, or 10 degrees to the right around weather." It could be useful for aiding situational awareness around weather. I'll keep it in mind.
